Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system to ensure your package is tracked and insured.
Pack the Gear
Place the unwashed and hair-free items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label securely, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
